APPOINTMENTS
All consultations at present are telephone triage, bookable by telephone or by person at reception. Telephone consultation appointment can be pre-booked, but if you have a urgent medical problem which cannot wait, you can call the surgery at 8am. If our GP's/ANP feel that you have to be seen in clinic, you will be asked to come down to the surgery.

When GP’s are on holiday or attending courses or meetings locum doctors may be required. These doctors are fully qualified and work on a limited basis in the practice.
EXTENDED HOURS
On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we offer telephone consultation appointments between 18:00 and 18:30.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to offer the appointment to another patient who requires help from our clinical team.
If an appointment is not attended, this will be monitored in practice and you will receive a warning letter. Repeat cases of non-attendances may result in being removed from our Practice List as we cannot tolerate the current levels of wasted clinical time as face to face appointments are in such high demand.
