NON-NHS SERVICES

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore may attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance Claim Forms 
• Medication Letter for Travel Abroad 
• Letter for opening bank account 
• Jury Citations / Exemption Letters 

Our Admin team will be happy to advise you about any charges along with any necessary appointment availability to discuss your requirements.
